It would be useful to be able to change the terminology from "detention" to "reflection". We prefer to make it clear that this time is a period for mindfulness and reflection after a negative behaviour incident. Additionally, most of our students ...

I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.

Could detention notifications be sent to students via Teams as so few use their email now as a means of communication

Many of the widgets on the medical centre overview page show repeated information, especially if activity is carried out by a small number of staff. Allow schools to choose what shows here e.g. we would switch off Recent Activity, Overdue Inventor...

At the moment, you can only mark if the student was present for the detention. It would be really useful to be able to add a note in there (like in Take a Register), so that we can add notes like 'arrived 15 minutes late to detention'.

We would like to be able to delete detentions. We've created detentions for the whole term in one go, but would like to delete the detentions created over half-term. At the moment we can only cancel them, but not fully delete them.
