It would help if there was the ability to record incidents for Parents, Contractors, Visitors, Taster Day Students etc., in the Medcal centre. This would help when analysing trends, problem areas etc., around the school.
It would be helpful to be able to modify the incident analytics and reports. For example show incident type and affected party roll so our SLT can easily see groups of incidents or trends such as abuse against staff.
