Auto refresh

It would be helpful for a set automatic refresh, so that data is updated on a regular basis without the user having to force a refresh/update.

Separate email address field for purchase orders

When emailing purchase orders it pulls the email address from the supplier record which is the email address we use for remittance advices. There should be another field for an email address for orders as the suppliers have different email address...

Two way data sync with Arbor

Allow any changes made in Every HR, from absences, contract changes and address changes, to be synced back into Arbor. Any changes to Arbor to be reflected in Every HR after the initial sync.

Add non-academic options to Rewards and Conduct

Add in options such as Boarding House so that sanctions that are related to behaviour outside the classroom can be more easily recorded. At the moment just have to leave everything blank which is not ideal if trying to spot patterns

Moving employees from one property to another

The option to copy an employee who has moved to another property within the Trust. I understand old records need to remain for Workforce census, but moving them or copying them would be helpful.

Reward and Conduct notifications to parents from iSams and not Parent Portal

Reward & Conduct notifications emails should be sent directly from iSams and not the Parent Portal. At the moment, if parents do not have an iSams Parent Portal account, they do not receive notification emails.
