Currently schools cannot do partial refunds and are ONLY able to refund against transaction lines - feedback has been that this is a relatively rigid model, especially with partial refunds not being available.

In a secondary setting, the ability for students to pre-order their meals either via an app or a screen. Similar experience to McDonalds / Starbucks. This will then reduce the queues at the canteen tills.

Following query from sales, requesting integration with Salto door system- Our current offering isn't reliable . and requires extensive review. Is there an easier way we can have more integrations with more access providers.

It would be massively helpful to have SMS templates to send for things like pupil registration queries, commendations or detentions. It would then be doubly helpful if merge fields, like pupil name, parent name, could be included in the template. ...
