Change category on Activity at Mat Level and push out
In the 'Edit Activity Details' window that appears when making changes on the mapping screen, the category should be an option, so that I can change this at every site with one action, rather than having to change in each individual school.
It would be useful to be able to plan and schedule training for the year in one go say in the summer holidays and then have the course reminders go out as per the schedule as and when they were due.

When adding in general absence can we have an option to make something re-occurring if a member of staff has a weekly appointment. It would save us keep having to create a new appointment for every week.
