Hi, Please could you build into the compliance matrix that when you school down the names of the schools on top come down with the page? As a regular user i spend ages going up and down to see which site the columns are for.

It would be helpful to be able to modify the incident analytics and reports. For example show incident type and affected party roll so our SLT can easily see groups of incidents or trends such as abuse against staff.

When running reports from the compliance matrix, would it be possible to show the "done awaiting paperwork in a different colour so that it can be filtered separately in excel.

Would be good to be able to enter the training due date (deadline) not due within days/weeks.

If there was an option to create additional fields, for example activity specific instructions, sequence of works or any other relevant information, this could make the delivery of the activity more efficient.

For Activities set up at MAT level, titles, descriptions, categories and frequencies should be locked and only be allowed to be amended at MAT level.
