Give users the Designer option without making them Admin?
I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.

When reviewing the medication data, it is crucial to be able to see who has added the record to the database (and therefore who gave the medication). Without this the data is incomplete and does not allow proper analysis or auditing.
Can data from 3rd Parties be included with the iSAMS data e.g. SOCS, Evolve. Could this also include our own data e.g. CEM data (MidYIS/ALIS), other predictions
