I would like to be able to define the weeks/days prior to a probation end date at which the email is reminder email is sent.

It would be a good if employee working patterns were visible in the directory. This would allow staff to quickly check who is scheduled to be in on a given day, if they have the right permissions.

The option to be able to view the data behind the tiles on the summary page for 'Employees records/ New employees/employees leaving/number of job roles etc. from the Trust level employees summary page.

A secure area in an employee record, accessible by permissions only to record safe guarding concerns, informal chats with that member of staff. With escalation options if necessary.

It would be useful if we could add signature images to signer tags like we can with the head signature tag.
