I would like to be able to define the weeks/days prior to a probation end date at which the email is reminder email is sent.

It would be a good if employee working patterns were visible in the directory. This would allow staff to quickly check who is scheduled to be in on a given day, if they have the right permissions.

The option to be able to view the data behind the tiles on the summary page for 'Employees records/ New employees/employees leaving/number of job roles etc. from the Trust level employees summary page.
