Currently schools cannot do partial refunds and are ONLY able to refund against transaction lines - feedback has been that this is a relatively rigid model, especially with partial refunds not being available.
We would like users to be able to add a comment to their input - where managed services have to interpret the instruction, it would be good to have a comment from the client stating the nature of the complicated input.
