Add medical items such as allergies list to the Manage functionality

For our International Admissions Team it would be very useful to be able to pull through Agency and agent data in Central. IT would allow us to very quickly get the numbers of how many students have come via agencies and then drill down to the age...

We currently have GCSE results dashboards within Central - it would be useful to have A level results analysis too for the schools that have sixth forms.

In Central, when designing a report, student photos are available in the dataset, however, the menu structure to add them into a page is not available. Could this function be added?

Please make staff photos available from EveryHR into Iris Central. This would allow drill down reports to show photos, or the creation of staff photo reports (which is also not currently possible in Every HR)

I would like to give some users the ability to create their own reports in Designer but not also to have the rights of an administrator, so not able to edit/delete someone else's report or change any other system settings. Or add/delete users etc.
