We need to calculate the average time in school of each student, in order to do so we need the enrolment date of the students who left (Alumni).

Rota cover does not currently appear in the Master Timetable spreadsheet exported in the Timetable Manager. So these need to be added manually to provide a true picture of staff availability and frees.

Currently it is possible to create Asset Financial Categories and then to allocate them to asset types which is just what the customer (The Clare School) want. However that is where it stops. They, and I, are requesting that this needs to be taken...

I need the ability to enter a member of staff absent for the same period for a number of weeks rahter than having to enter the absence infividually. Ie Monday p3 for 6 weeks.
