Every Compliance

Please can you add the ability to hide notes from the ticket reporter, as we use this to track the job with contractors but wouldn't seem beneficial to add the employee into these.

Benefit anyone who wishes to extract information from Every. Example of 2 things that would be useful: Export of all issues and details to allow reporting in Excel/PowerBI Export of compliance matrix or compliance items to allow for reporting

Please may you add the historical heat map data for our risk register at the MAT central site, not just at property level

When running reports from the compliance matrix, would it be possible to show the "done awaiting paperwork in a different colour so that it can be filtered separately in excel.

I want to be able to archive an Activity in each site in one go. Un-mapping will only help me see it as N/A at MAT level, but schools can continue completing, so I need to amend at school level.

If there was an option to create additional fields, for example activity specific instructions, sequence of works or any other relevant information, this could make the delivery of the activity more efficient.

having a tick box on the compliancy matrix so when setting up new schools and adding the Activities, You can tick the activities you needed rather than going though each one, 1 at a time
