I want to be able to archive an Activity in each site in one go. Un-mapping will only help me see it as N/A at MAT level, but schools can continue completing, so I need to amend at school level.

Can notifications to staff for the weekly updates only be sent when they have a task outstanding. Staff do not need to be notified that they have 'no outstanding activities'. Surely more relevant if they have outstanding tasks to complete?!

Could the features of these two methods to claim payment for additional hours worked be combined. They seem to ultimately be for the same or similar purposes, but each works ever-so slightly differently. It would be great if these could be combine...

The customer would like the ability to create a Contract at MAT level then distribute it to a number of schools in their Trust.

Head Teacher/ CEO / Trustees can see a full report within a property that shows all the answers to performance reviews and links with objectives. Instead of individually clicking and downloading every review which is incredibly time consuming.

As the vast majority of staff do not have access into the HR Manager module, it would be really useful to have the Job Title / Role field added to this as the Department is in there.

Would be very helpful to be able to see if a certificate has been attached against staff members name on the completed training tab.

It would be useful if we could run a report with all staff names and the hours they do.

Customer has requested that pay awards do not update the salaries of employee's who have left the business but are still held in EveryHR as a previous employee record.

Customer believes this is a sensitive field by nature and this should be moved into the sensitive information section of the employee record on EveryHR
