It would be useful to be able to add a cost area with an attachable invoice to then be able to run a report on £x income received from parents vs. £x cost of the trip / event from the supplier.

Breakwater Academy would like to request Save the Children as a Charity partner so that they can complete fundraising activities with ease.

Within HR Manager/Management Options/Pay Scales, could there be a function to record the pay scales annually so historical data can be kept. At the moment you have to overwrite the previous pay scales.

When information like address is updated, the system could keep historical data (previous addresses and date they were changed).
