Heads of Departments added to REST Api

There is currently no way to get the heads of departments/subjects or any linked teachers via the REST api. This is required for functionality related to provide information to heads of departments.

Ability to update Pupil contacts via the API

We have a separate front end where parents are able to update their contact and custom information. It would be great to be able to update this information via the API. We currently update this information using direct SQL queries.

Medical Centre/Diary - Export field for person who added appointment in iSAMS (Editor)

Remove medication from a specific sites stock list
