Set Homepage preferences by Role rather than user

At the moment to set a Homepage Preference you have to impersonate a user and set a report as their Homepage Preference. Can the functionality be added where you can assign a Homepage Preference to a Role rather than individual user?

Asset disposal - revisit to add a description (reason)

After an asset has been disposed of it isnt currently possible to revisit it and add a reason why. Customer today had a few that he wanted to do this to but wasnt able to.

News item created with automatic authorisation is published without the need for approval.

The news item created with automatic authorisation means no email would be sent and is shown authorised immediately. The user would need to un-check this box to send out the emails, there, unfortunately, isn't a feature to disable this by default....
