Be able to create a group of documents to be able to assign them to user groups. Such as staff handbook to be read and agreed by all staff each year. It will save having to assign each document individually.

When I log into My Tasks the Document library has 100's of documents in and it would only get worse. Could you add in another tab across the top to differentiate between the local and central documents to search through

Role detail to be included in reporting of outstanding documents (policies) to read. Currently it just shows employee name and email address which makes chasing up via line managers/dept very difficult

Currently the document - send reminders - user statistics report will show documents that are awaiting to be read for staff who have access to different properties despite not having any documents to read at this specific property.
