Assign an email address to agency staff so they receive the published cover list
e.g. We have a supply teacher from and agency called 'Gillian Sabino' who has an email address 'smh.supply1@ldst.org.uk' - ideally when I publish cover, she would receive, vai email, the cover lessons relevant to her. Thanks Nigel
We cannot currently do a room swap because presently a closed room cannot be re-roomed into. If closed rooms went into the scheduled list, for example, this would be possible.
Seating Plans links to Room cover in Cover Manager
When doing seating plans, the room that is being used should be linked with the cover manager. This was when doing cover that room can be re-roomed. Otherwise this is double work and if you forget to add it, chaos on the day of the exam.

Enable Teacher Cover Rota to be viewed via iTeacher App
When a manual Teacher Cover Rota is in place, it would be beneficial to be able to view this via the iTeacher app in order to be able to email the timetabled teachers directly and arrange last minute cover if away from your desk.
It will be helpful to allow schools to have the options to assign covers for any free periods throughout each day. Not just the period which are timetabled. As there might be other events or duties that are not found in timetable.
Ability to choose default tax code for invoices through AP inbox
At the moment the tax code for AP inbox invoices defaults to the first code in an alphabetical list! So every invoice needs manually updating, which causes massive human error and is time consuming to correct. It makes the AP inbox unusable.
Date warning for API invoices when transaction date is in period already closed
iFinance flags manual invoices where transaction date is for period that has already been closed so it makes sense if the system does the same for API invoices
