PINNED Gathering Feedback - Bank Account De-activation
We’re proposing the ability to deactivate bank accounts within the system, helping finance teams better manage obsolete or inactive accounts without compromising historical data. Currently, all bank accounts remain available for selection in trans...
PINNED Gathering Feedback - Allow allocations in a closed period
We’re proposing a refinement to our period control logic to allow allocations in a closed period, with restrictions applying only to FX-related allocations. Currently, all allocations are blocked once a period is closed, limiting flexibility for u...

Change the reporting defaults

To be able to change the defaults to our personal preferences would be great. To be able to pull Allergy and food preferences on a set report would speed things up for trips and visits

Easier addition of tutorials and staff meetings

When adding a staff meeting or tutorial in Timetable Manager, this has to be done one period at a time, which is very inefficient. You should be able to select multiple periods at once across all weeks of the timetable cycle for any common meeting...

Add 'Select All' to Pupils Notes Report

In the Pupils Notes Report window, please add an option for 'Select All' under Note Type. It's a long list of the different types and such trouble to tick them one by one. Thank you.

Set default Severity Level

It would be very useful to be able to set a default Severity Level, in the same way that a default "Concern Status" is set.

Specify which teachers need to write reports on a per subject basis within a report cycle

It would be useful if you could specify that 2 different teachers need to write subject reports on a per subject basis, rather than as an overall setting for the whole report cycle. Sometimes we want to do this for just a few subjects within the r...

Allow more accurate reporting of staff absences

Apparently staff absences in iSAMS are treated in increments of 0.5 (or nearest 0.5) for half a day even if someone had a dentist appointment for one hour. It would be great if iSAMS could allow us to record more fine staff absences such as 0.1 as...

Changing the default setting when viewing a year groups registration periods from 'All Division' to the relevant division for each year group

Where a school has multiple divisions, and different set times for each division, iSAMS defaults to 'All Divisions'. Every registration period is visible even if not relevant to that year group. As each year group is associated with a particular d...

Ability to change default Period on the Enquiry screens

In IRIS Financials, whenever we run an enquiry, it defaults the search to be 'Year to Date Current Period' but during the month or so after year end, it would be more useful for this to be Prior Year. There are also some of our users that would pr...

Third Gender Required which is non-gender specific

We need an option for a non-gender specific gender identity which refers to a pupil as they/them etc instead of he/she. We already have one such pupil in our school and I know that we are likely to have more in the future.
