Email notification when a parent completes "Request a Callback"

We should be notified when a parent completes the "Request a Callback" form rather than having to check iSAMS several times a day to see if anyone has used the function.

To have the ability to log people out from Active Session screen

Often customers forget to log out correctly and rather than have to go to Self Service it would be good to have an option to close sessions down from the Active Sessions Screen

Add exact times to a timetable suspension

The ability to add exact times (e. g. 1pm-4pm) when adding a timetable suspension for a year group in Cover Manager would be really useful, for example when all students in a year are on a trip in the afternoon but are present in the morning.

From Activities Manager input student absences directly as Out of school rather than picking them individually

Amend Title of Goods Received Note to Goods/Services Received

Orders are raised for Services as well as Goods and to help the schools understanding the GRN process it would be helpful to amend the Title of the GRN Document to be Goods/Services Received.
