Cloud Parent Portal - Navigation links

We would like to be able to edit the navigation of some links in the new Cloud Parent Portal. At the moment we are only able to edit navigation links for the legacy portal in the Parent Portal Manager which is about to be discontinued soon.

Commas to denote thousands in numbers; when inputting numbers

I believe everyone would benefit (when inputting into the system), from numbers formatted with commas to denote thousand. For example, two million, iFinance currently displays 2000000.00; it would be easier to read if the number was displayed as 2...

parents can upload documents to parent portal

It would be very helpful if parents can upload documents to parent portal and this gets saved to the documents and files section for students.

Remove staff members first names from parent cloud portal

Under School Profile, Attendance, the full name of the teacher who took the register is displayed to parents. This should display as Mr/Mrs/Miss/Mx and Surname, rather than the full name of the teacher.

Link disipline manager to rewards and conduct

Link them so any sanction given linked to a detention automatically triggers a detention rather than manually needing to add

Auto refresh

It would be helpful for a set automatic refresh, so that data is updated on a regular basis without the user having to force a refresh/update.

Cover function

Ability to cover a teacher who is scheduled to teach and has to cover someone else's lesson so that their lesson can then be covered although they are not absent from school.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
