Search by date

When creating a new seating plan the number of programmes to select from is huge.It would be good if those already done changed colour.If the exams are passed, remove from list.And most important - be able to search by date and session

Prepayments Year End Report

It would be really great if we were able to easily produce a report from IFinance for Prepayments. The system is great, if you use the prepayment journal it creates all the journals for the months, but you still need to keep a spreadsheet running ...

To add passport expiry date for Contacts ( Mother/Father/Guardian/Parents)

Add Passport expiry date field in the personal details area for contacts ( both in admission and student manager). This is important for schools who are doing visa processing for students and dependents to check passport validity.

Alerts when a new medical flag is ticked

Be able to add a note when taking a detention register

At the moment, you can only mark if the student was present for the detention. It would be really useful to be able to add a note in there (like in Take a Register), so that we can add notes like 'arrived 15 minutes late to detention'.
