We currently have the emails sending to tutors on each entry, as below: This is bombarding tutors with dozens of emails per day. Is it possible to have a once a day email which collates all of the entries for that tutor group in one email?

Reward and Conduct notifications to parents from iSams and not Parent Portal

Reward & Conduct notifications emails should be sent directly from iSams and not the Parent Portal. At the moment, if parents do not have an iSams Parent Portal account, they do not receive notification emails.

Importing a pupil list in Student Manager from one trip to another

The ability to analyse time taken between moving admission stages

It has been requested that a school wishes to analyse how long it takes for a student to move between an admission stage i.e. how long did it take these year 7s to move from offered to accepted and/or enquiry to offered.

Can we publish payment receipts to Parents Cloud Portal as how we are publishing the invoices now? This would help parents to get all their finance details from 1 single location whenever they need. Thanks

Ability to bulk update contact records

If the ability to bulk update pupil records exists, then there should also be an ability to bulk update contact records. Currently, schools have to painstakingly update contacts records individually which is very time consuming.
