Report Data API to sync with other system

If it's possible to sync the report data with an API, that would be helpful. Currently, we're exporting and importing data manually into Power BI for analysis. Streamlining this process would enhance efficiency.

Include parental responsibility status in the contacts fields of a student on the iTeacher app

Important information such as who has parental responsibility (if this is listed) for a student is not included in the iTeacher app. This can lead to (and has led to) serious issues for schools who have sections that use the iTeacher app regularly.

Improve auditing information for Contact records

Currently when viewing the audit trail for a pupil's record, there are no details available for changes made to contact records. The audit entry will simply read something like "Updated Contact# 201" with no reference to what was changed, or even ...

Ability to reorder flags on attendance registers

At the moment the flags appear alphabetically. It would be helpful to be able to reorder the left-right sequence that they are shown.

Set rollover action in bulk

For the purposes of rollover, it would be very useful and save a lot of time to be able to select a rollover action for multiple sets over multiple subjects at the same time, instead of having to select a rollover action for each set independently.

Avoiding putting students in more than one set

There is nothing to prevent a student being inadvertently put into more than one set in a year group for a particular subject. It would be really useful if this could be blocked, or a flag be given, or a pop-up warning or a coloured line in the Ad...

Award house points, not to individuals

We have house competitions, where the winning house gets e.g. 100 points, second gets 75 etc. We would like a way to add these into Rewards & Conduct without having them attached to an individual pupil.

Statement Bank which has a department wise option rather than being shared with the whole school.

It would be helpful if teachers could specify who they are sharing comments with (e.g. other teachers in their year group/department), or alternatively, if shared statements could be filtered by subject and year group.
