There are so many inadequacies with the module that one wonders if new modules are tested with real school staff before being rolled out. It doesn't pick up data from Tracking Manager or Report Manager to make it easy to show historic grades/score...
Can we customise this so that we can add certain fields in the Add Staff Wizard instead of having to through the wizard, then have to search for that HR record, go into it and fill out the fields we want?
In Teaching set lists, setting register flag and notes as default selection
When viewing Teaching set lists it would be advantageous to have Register Flag and Register notes set up as a default option. Teachers may forget to tick these, and these notes can be quite important in how a lesson can run.
It will be helpful to allow schools to have the options to assign covers for any free periods throughout each day. Not just the period which are timetabled. As there might be other events or duties that are not found in timetable.
Disable the name of teacher registering students in the parent portal
We noticed that the view of the student register for parents showed the full name of the teacher who took the am/pm register ie Mr Matthew Edwards. Is there any way of turning just this bit off so all it does is show if a student was present or no...
Previous school information to be pulled through in student manager
Previous school information to be pulled through in student manager in the enrolment tab so it can be seen when looking at a student's contact details. Currently you have to go into admissions to see it in quite a long-winded process.
