Include Staff Personal Email in Batch API

We would like to pull in personal emails into third party systems like Firefly's School Post so that we can email staff personal emails in high importance circumstances. Similar functionality exists for staff personal mobile numbers.

have merge fields added within the email function of HR Manager

This would make regular communication to staff about pay and benefits so much more efficient. For example post rollover you could write to each member of staff (selected) with details of their new pay, scales and allowances

Re-notification of a moved detention

Medical flags to Applicants

Manage E-Mail Templates used by the portals

Within iSams we can customise email templates as needed but we have no similar functionality within the various portals. eg. being able to edit the email sent to parents when a detention is authorised.

Report on Lateness time Hours and Minutes to parents
