Change the reporting defaults

To be able to change the defaults to our personal preferences would be great. To be able to pull Allergy and food preferences on a set report would speed things up for trips and visits

Easier addition of tutorials and staff meetings

When adding a staff meeting or tutorial in Timetable Manager, this has to be done one period at a time, which is very inefficient. You should be able to select multiple periods at once across all weeks of the timetable cycle for any common meeting...

Add 'Select All' to Pupils Notes Report

In the Pupils Notes Report window, please add an option for 'Select All' under Note Type. It's a long list of the different types and such trouble to tick them one by one. Thank you.

Set default Severity Level

It would be very useful to be able to set a default Severity Level, in the same way that a default "Concern Status" is set.

Useful Timetable Tools - Transfer Timetable - to be able to transfer everything, not just lessons!

I found the "Transfer timetable" in "Useful Timetable Tools" very useful indeed.Although, the new teacher who takes over the whole role, takes over not just lessons, but all duties, meetings etc. of his predecessor, which are marked in the section...

True/False 'tickboxes' please

When adding elements to the registers, it would be useful to be able to add 'tickboxes' that are either 'true' if ticked, or 'false' if not. This is because some users find this much easier to work with then yes/no dropdowns...

Notification for Pastoral Leads/certain staff members if a student is absent for a longer period of time

It would be great if we could set up an automatic alert/notification for Pastoral Leads so they are reminded when any student is absent for a longer period of time.

Assign an email address to agency staff so they receive the published cover list

e.g. We have a supply teacher from and agency called 'Gillian Sabino' who has an email address 'smh.supply1@ldst.org.uk' - ideally when I publish cover, she would receive, vai email, the cover lessons relevant to her. Thanks Nigel
