Make Alert pop-ups bigger

When saving a register, could the pop-up box confirming that the register has been saved successfully be made bigger so that teachers are more aware if there has been a problem.

Remove modules that are not being used.

eg Discipline Record could be switched off if the module is not being used. Prevents staff clicking into here instead of Rewards and Conduct
