Detention Categories

We can have different categories for allocating Merits (Attendance, behavior, uniform, etc) which help with analyzing merits issued. It would be useful if we can have this functionality in when entering pupils in detention.

Easier input of absences

Can there be a button or checkpoint added for “apply to all”? When I fill in an absence, I have to check each one, then on the drop down check illness each time. I just think that with the 10 students that I have done this for this morning, I hope...

From Activities Manager input student absences directly as Out of school rather than picking them individually

Save time trying to remember who was picked for a team or event, one click to sellect all the students and mark them as out of school for a specific event date and time.

Link student registers to custom groups

It would be useful to have the option to link custom groups to student registers so that we only need to update any pupil changes in one place and can still contact everyone. Alternative on the registers tab it would be useful to have a "or" optio...

Could there be an option for reports being a voice note?

Could there be an option for reports being a voice note? We are looking for ways to make our reporting processes more efficient. This would potentially save on proof reading time and add a different kind of personal touch.

Multiple registers is presently an all or nothing feature. Suggestion for a future update whereby lunch / tutor time can be the exception to this rule e.g. when a teacher teaches the same class before lunch as after lunch

A student being present the lesson before lunch say Physics but then leaves school at lunch time/during pm tutor time is still being marked automatically present for the Physics lesson after lunch.

Allow us to link specific years to each Registration Rule group so each group can "Select ALL Sets, keep updated automatically"

Sort Rewards & Sanctions

It would be very useful to be able to sort Rewards & Conduct entries by Type. e.g. House Point, Bonus, Breakloss etc
