Make the Portal App and the Web App consistent with each other

The GUI's for the Web app and the Portal App are very different. It would be better if they were consistent in their design and functionality. We have an electronic form on the portal but Parents can only access it via the web portal.

we need to put expiry date and Manufacturer details for medication stock and inventory. Sometimes it's a requirement from govt. , sometimes it's required for us in order to take some some decesion based on analytics.

adimission field year on entry should be text not numeric

Admission manager -exported file-admission fields -year on entry should be text i.e year 1,year 2 ,year3 ,FS1,FS2 so on Please refer the video attached below

ISAMs ID on all exports please!

Some exports don't have an option to include ISAMS IDs so they download without a unique identifier. This makes merging with excel data sheets difficult (particularly if there are lots of students with the same name) and can lead to human error. P...

Can all cover appear under the same tab

Can staff and room cover be under the same tab for a full overview, unsure why they need to be under 2 separate tabs.

Pupil Photo Report options

We would like to be able to print the pupil photos in bulk for multiple years, ie KS4 but to be arranged via Year group, then form and then alphabetically. At the moment it is just produced alphabetically with no options.Thanks
