Create Alerts in Admissions

It would be useful to be able to create an alert as soon as parent fills an open event form to alert admissions 2-3 days after to schedule a telephone call. At the moment, it relies on diarizing manually or exporting data regularly.

Verify email addresses to avoid bounce backs.

Parents/Data admins sometimes enter incorrect email addresses causing a plethora of issues down the road. A bulk email verification or even point of capture check would ensure the validity of addresses capture.

Ability to copy a tracking model with all the subjects etc then point to a different gradebook to pull the data through

At the moment it is not possible to re-configure the data set element once it has been created so that it targets a different data set.This means creating a new model from scratch every term.

Include Small Exam room

You have separate invigilation in Pupil Registers/Student Registers but there in no check box for smaller exam room. The is particularly useful to comply with the SEN arrangement Read Aloud as they can be located within a similar smaller room. As ...

SCHOOL NAMES AND LOGOS ON BADGES

It would be really useful if there was a tick option to show school name (and Logo maybe) on badges for pupils when they are on a trip, could this be achievable perhaps?

Reports in wizard bar

We would like to add an option for staff to run a report for other student registers we add to the system, similar to the current options for gifted and talented and SEN in the Student Registers on the wizard bar.

Seamless transfer from admissions portal to parent portal

When a parent has used the admissions portal to apply and accept a place it would be good for them to then automatically be able to access the parent portal via the same login details. It just looks a bit dis-jointed that they then have to sign up...
