Ability to archive historical medical diary entries by date

With the ability to allow parents to view their child's medical diary entries via the Cloud Portal, it would be useful to be able to archive historical diary entries so that the parent only sees entries for the current term.

Rewards and Conduct Batch API endpoint: Subject

The subject field is essential. In iSAMS it can (and we do) set it as a required field so it is essential to gain value from this data. This needs to be in the Batch API please. Thank you!

Please include staff as well (with link to HR manager)

This is such an unbelievably powerful tool but why limit it to pupils? We have 100s of use cases for staff, it's such a shame it's pupils only.

Default option in cover publication options to send emails to affected staff for room changes (unavailable rooms)

Default option in cover publication options to send emails to affected staff for room changes (unavailable rooms). This way, when we use auto publish cover, room changes will be automatically sent to affected staff.

Third Gender Required which is non-gender specific

We need an option for a non-gender specific gender identity which refers to a pupil as they/them etc instead of he/she. We already have one such pupil in our school and I know that we are likely to have more in the future.
