Add ICP registration No. with hyperlink to the footer of both Parent Portal and Student Portal

The ICP registration number is required by the local government in China, so we have to add it with a hyperlink on the footer of both Portal websites.

More reporting Options in Other School Audit

Enhancing the audit / log to provide more information about the changes made especially e.g. deleted schools. At present, it just provides the ID.

Make Alert pop-ups bigger

When saving a register, could the pop-up box confirming that the register has been saved successfully be made bigger so that teachers are more aware if there has been a problem.
