It would be very useful to be able to delete / unsend / recall individual or batch emails once they have been sent in cases where an error is made or information changes.

Admissions Manager home screen should be listed in date of enquiry

Is it possible to view the Admissions Manager enquiries by date order rather than alphabetical. This way you can select applicants in this order to send follow up call to action

Surgeries missing from Medical Centre API

Keep historical data for staff

When information like address is updated, the system could keep historical data (previous addresses and date they were changed).

Addition of parent's profession field to email wizard

Please could the parent 'profession' be added as an option in the 'Select PARENT/CONTACT Field' in the Pupil Manager email wizard? Our Registrar would like to include it in certain email communications to parents.
