Detention Categories

We can have different categories for allocating Merits (Attendance, behavior, uniform, etc) which help with analyzing merits issued. It would be useful if we can have this functionality in when entering pupils in detention.

Easier input of absences

Can there be a button or checkpoint added for “apply to all”? When I fill in an absence, I have to check each one, then on the drop down check illness each time. I just think that with the 10 students that I have done this for this morning, I hope...

Electronic Forms - include the option to upload photo

We intend to use the forms for close contact COVID cases. Would be ideal if there's an option to upload photos via the form for proof of result.

From Activities Manager input student absences directly as Out of school rather than picking them individually

Save time trying to remember who was picked for a team or event, one click to sellect all the students and mark them as out of school for a specific event date and time.

Link student registers to custom groups

It would be useful to have the option to link custom groups to student registers so that we only need to update any pupil changes in one place and can still contact everyone. Alternative on the registers tab it would be useful to have a "or" optio...

Multiple registers is presently an all or nothing feature. Suggestion for a future update whereby lunch / tutor time can be the exception to this rule e.g. when a teacher teaches the same class before lunch as after lunch

A student being present the lesson before lunch say Physics but then leaves school at lunch time/during pm tutor time is still being marked automatically present for the Physics lesson after lunch.

Automatically Update Username in Parent Portal when Contact email address is changed

When a parent email address is updated in Pupil Manager, please could thier username in Parent Portal also be updated as we currently have to do this manually at the moment.

Pupils with Hidden Lessons - Register for Hidden Lesson should not appear in Day View / Week View

Following a ticket I raised concerning pupils with hidden lessons on their timetables but shown as unregistered in Day View and Week View. Info from iSAMS below - our Admin staff use Day and Week View to give quick overviews of unregistered pupils...

Highlight or Pre-populate the Current Date

In most other modules, the current date is either highlighted or pre-populated when selecting from the date picker. It would be a very useful quality of life improvement if this new module had the same functionality.

Allow a 'Before' time to be added to Set based Registration Times

In our timetable structure we have a 5 minute buffer between the end of one period and the start of the next. This is built in to allow pupils time to transition between lessons in different classrooms or parts of the school. It would be very help...
