This would be useful if we could do bulk refund of deposits held for leavers- especially at the end of the year when we have lots of Year 13s leaving. This was something we could do as a bulk thing when we used PASS Thanks
Seating plans for all lessons, similar to external exams manager
Allow teachers to create seating plans for lessons with pictures and possibly SEN/medical notes. Useful for cover teachers, new staff and teaching assistants.
Option to add different reasons for Out of School for a group of students
You can only add an OOS for a group of students with the same registration code. We would like the flexibility to be able to select a group of pupils and assign them different registration codes as required in one go.
It would be really helpful for the document preview window to be available when entering debit notes as it is when entering invoices. Currently you need the document on a separate screen to have the information available to enter.
It would be useful to have the full functionality available in Exams Manager within the Internal exams manager module. There is no way to create setaing plans or seat numbers within internal exams manager so the module has limited functionality
We have a separate front end where parents are able to update their contact and custom information. It would be great to be able to update this information via the API. We currently update this information using direct SQL queries.
Allow making set changes in the future or for specific dates
Currently one can only make changes to sets and classes to take effect immediately. Allowing one to make changes in advance would be very beneficial. Or to allow class/set enrolments for specific date ranges would also help.
Schools need to be able to add a UPN for an applicant at any time of the year, not just during term time (the terms are set up in School Manager and determine when a UPN can be added to an applicant record).

Editing others' general comments is a pain compared to editing the usual report comments. To edit a general comment, you need to go into Report Wizard as that member of staff to make these changes, rather than being able to do this from the report...
