Hide notes in issues

Please can you add the ability to hide notes from the ticket reporter, as we use this to track the job with contractors but wouldn't seem beneficial to add the employee into these.

API Access for reports

Benefit anyone who wishes to extract information from Every. Example of 2 things that would be useful: Export of all issues and details to allow reporting in Excel/PowerBI Export of compliance matrix or compliance items to allow for reporting

Tick box on compliance Matrix

having a tick box on the compliancy matrix so when setting up new schools and adding the Activities, You can tick the activities you needed rather than going though each one, 1 at a time

A full document report to show who hasn't read a document rather than per document

it would be really useful to be able to run a report for all unread documents rather than having to go into each document.

Flagging of inactive tickets

I would like to be able to set a timescale once a ticket is created for action to take place, so say after a set time period whether thats days or weeks a flag is created by the issue to highlight the lack of actions
