view the cloud parent portal as a parent

Include Attachments with E-mail Templates

An attachment could be use to supplement an email body's content like include further instructions. Having to attach an identical file each time a particular e-mail template is used limits e-mail template usability and appeal.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Being able to add more details for parents

To be able to add more than one email or contact number for parents on the student details would be really useful. Most parents have both personal and work details that they provide but we cannot enter onto ISAMS.
