With the old parent portal you could mimic being a particular parent which made it really easy to troubleshoot issues. It doesn't look like it's possible the new cloud portal which means we are having to go back to parents and ask them for screens...

Include Attachments with E-mail Templates

An attachment could be use to supplement an email body's content like include further instructions. Having to attach an identical file each time a particular e-mail template is used limits e-mail template usability and appeal.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Being able to add more details for parents

To be able to add more than one email or contact number for parents on the student details would be really useful. Most parents have both personal and work details that they provide but we cannot enter onto ISAMS.

Gradebooks - ability to track by student

It would be helpful to add a tracking/reporting filter within Gradebooks to be able to search by individual student to find all their marks/grades included in various gradebooks (perhaps further filtering by gradebook tags).

Add student school email address to a gradebook

We are trying to restrict the places where teaching staff have to go to where they can find pupil information. To stop duplicate of information it would be really helpful if this was an option.
