It would be good if withdrawn candidates were removed automatically from seating plans.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

VAT In Purchase Ledger

Could we have a field on the analysis codes so that we can ID the VAT status of each cost centre eg Vatable, Partial Exemption, Not Vat Recoverable. This would ease the partial exemption calculation once data is exported to excel

Letter Wizard option to publish to Parent Portal as PDF and ready for download instead printing them

Adding this option will save cost on printing letters to parents, which is ideal currently to have a paperless transaction, communication or notification apart from traditional email.

Adding a calendar that is synced from SOCS

We use SOCS for music classes and sporting fixtures. It would be great to add a calendar or timetable for viewing only that is synced from SOCS data

More options in seating plans

We need more optons when creating seating plans. i.e. the option to select Access Arrangement Students only (not just unticking and ticking) a box at the top of the list to untick all, so that you just select certain students would help the option...

Documents Section on Pupil Portal

On the Parent Portal there is a Documents & Files section. It would be great if there were a similar section on the Pupil Portal.
