Make Enrollment Year Column Sortable

The Y/E or student enrollment year column as enabled from the user preference is not presently sortable.

Search User Accounts by Forename & Surname (Fullname)

Presently we can search for user accounts by first name OR surname. However if I combine first name and surname together, regardless of order (first name then surname or surname then first name), the search fails.

Allow more than 10 display fields in record collection

Photo / image stored against each student contact (optional)

We should be able to upload a photo against each contact in the same way that we can against staff and students. These should be available via the API and other reports.

Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Deleting Student leavers from the Student Portal in Bulk
