We should be able to upload a photo against each contact in the same way that we can against staff and students. These should be available via the API and other reports.

Make Enrollment Year Column Sortable

The Y/E or student enrollment year column as enabled from the user preference is not presently sortable.

Search User Accounts by Forename & Surname (Fullname)

Presently we can search for user accounts by first name OR surname. However if I combine first name and surname together, regardless of order (first name then surname or surname then first name), the search fails.

Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

When logging an accident in the medical module - having the option that notifies the class teacher

When the nurse logs an accident, she also has the facility for the accident to be sent to the class teacher.

Deleting Student leavers from the Student Portal in Bulk

Please can there be a way of identifying students as leavers automatically so we can remove them from the student portal quickly and easily in bulk. Currently we tick them one by one through the pupil lists and delete them, which is time consuming...

Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Ability to remove or hide built-in fields which are not used

There are some fields within the system that are either not relevant to our setting (e.g. Boarding House) or that we do not use (e.g. School Age) that we would like to be able to hide/remove from the user interface to make the system easier to use...
