Email Staff of a Cover Stand Down

Changes can come in last minute, post publication. Should a cover be deleted then it would be really useful to have the covering teacher emailed about it.

Preferred Name - Remove Unwanted Reports

It would be helpful if the pupil dropdown for the "Remove Unwanted Reports" option in the "Configuration" tab of Reports Manager showed students' preferred names.

Preferred Name on Downloadable Report Templates

When downloading the report template excel spreadsheet, it does not include the students' preferred names. This makes it extremely tough for teachers to fill in the students' reports as they do not know whose reports they are filling in!

Cloud Parent Portal - Hide blue ISAMS banner for logged in users

Having the blue ISAMS banner displayed on the dashboard of the new Cloud Parent Portal for logged in users does not actually have any benefit for users and takes up screen space. It would be helpful if this banner could be hidden for logged in users.

Ability to edit Custom Fields in HR Manager

At the moment these can only be created or deleted. I wanted to reword something and now have to delete and recreate the field whereas in Student manager I can edit m,y custom fields.

Ability to remove or hide built-in fields which are not used

There are some fields within the system that are either not relevant to our setting (e.g. Boarding House) or that we do not use (e.g. School Age) that we would like to be able to hide/remove from the user interface to make the system easier to use...

Feature parity between Leave Request and Quick Actions - Leave Request

Currently if a parent uses communication/leave-requests to submit a leave request they get times and an area to leave a note. We should be able to toggle this note field as being required. Also, if a parent uses the Quick Action from the dashboard...
