It would be useful to have an audit trail of by whom and when such things like VAT codes have been amended. It would assist in determining what it may have impacted etc

Human Resource Roles update

We suggested to make an update for th, e Staff Roles in HR Manager. At the moment we can just create or delete a Staff Role but we can't rename/update one create before.

Preferred Name on Downloadable Report Templates

When downloading the report template excel spreadsheet, it does not include the students' preferred names. This makes it extremely tough for teachers to fill in the students' reports as they do not know whose reports they are filling in!

Cover - Free staff listed alphabetically

It would save time every day if the staff listing under the free tab in the cover module was listed alphabetically.

Enable searching by E-Mail Address and iSAMS Username

Hello In the Control Panel, navigate to User Accounts. We would like to enable searching by E-Mail Address and iSAMS Username, as currently, searching is only possible by last name!! Best Regards

Tracking - Column order

Can we please have a drag and drop feature in Tracking manager when ordering columns - similar to when arranging columns in Gradebooks ? The up and down arrows are so clunky

Supplier refunds included in payment run if a credit note is not received in time to reconcile.

When we receive a refund from a supplier, but the credit note to allocate it to is not quickly received, the payment run will include the purchases credit journal to process as a payment to the supplier. Invoices currently have a way to flag them ...

Allow more than 10 display fields in record collection

When we are trying to store lines of information, we often find we can compress to 12-14 fields, but as the limit is 10, we are using the 10th as an ID so that we can then store more data on a separate record collection and link them. Having more ...

Ability to remove or hide built-in fields which are not used

There are some fields within the system that are either not relevant to our setting (e.g. Boarding House) or that we do not use (e.g. School Age) that we would like to be able to hide/remove from the user interface to make the system easier to use...
