Manage E-Mail Templates used by the portals

Within iSams we can customise email templates as needed but we have no similar functionality within the various portals. eg. being able to edit the email sent to parents when a detention is authorised.

Alert for an expiring document - HR Module

If an employee Visa as an example document on HR module is nearing its renewal date, how can I set up a banner or alert to notify me of the remaining days until it expires? An alert is very much important for us.

To add passport expiry date for Contacts ( Mother/Father/Guardian/Parents)

Add Passport expiry date field in the personal details area for contacts ( both in admission and student manager). This is important for schools who are doing visa processing for students and dependents to check passport validity.

Allow Allocation of Timetable to individual days not only whole weeks

Late Mark on Individual Register Report

At the moment when running an Individual Register Report the late codes come up as present, but highlighted yellow. It would be best if this could state L code instead of present so a print out would have the correct coding.

Add Wellbeing Manager to Search Filters

It would be really useful if a search filter was added to the Wellbeing module from Student registers. This would be useful when setting up indicator workflows in Wellbeing- to be able to filter down to pupils who are on a particular register.
