have merge fields added within the email function of HR Manager

This would make regular communication to staff about pay and benefits so much more efficient. For example post rollover you could write to each member of staff (selected) with details of their new pay, scales and allowances

Push notifications to Approvers for Leave Requests

Medical flags to Applicants

I would love to able to add medical notes to applicants. At the moment it is only possible to add to current students.

Ability to copy a tracking model with all the subjects etc then point to a different gradebook to pull the data through

At the moment it is not possible to re-configure the data set element once it has been created so that it targets a different data set.This means creating a new model from scratch every term.

Removing Room Closure

It would be really useful if there was functionality that if you remove a room closure in Cover Manager that it would revert any of the room swaps back to their original room, rather than having to do these all manually. Thank you.

Medical Flags & Register Association

We can see the medical flags and columns for pupil register association in the School Register tab but not in period/day/week view. This would be very useful when our attendance team are checking/chasing.

Merge Multiple Lessons within a Period

'Merge multiple lessons within a period into a single lesson to save space' is an option when printing, exporting or previewing a timetable - please can there be a tick box in Configuration to allow this to be a DEFAULT when editing timetables?

View a timetable at an earlier date in the academic year.

We have had students change/drop subjects and also changes to teacher's timetables. It would be really useful to have a date option, to roll back to an earlier date in the academic year and view their timetable.

Font format options in reports

The ability for staff to add text with basic formatting in place such as italics or bold. Example below Pupil much enjoyed studying Orwell’s novel 'Animal Farm…'
