Wellbeing Concern Category - Hide but not delete

The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.

Forenames in seating plans

having the students forename makes it easier for invigilators to identify them. Surnames are quite long in some circumstances. A forename is easier to find when looking or calling out a seating plan.
