SOS and Passport Details in Admission Portal Enquiry Form

Between 200 and 250 students are admitted to school each year, so it is preferable to have all the information filled out when submitting the ENQUIRY. If not, we would have to hire someone to enter the missing information or pay for iSAMS services...

Auto Alert for group of student for different reason

We have a list of studnet of concern, will be good to be able to set up auto alert when they have been marked N or missing from the register.

It would be really useful for a teacher to be able to add a concern on the iTeacher app.

Allow students to export their own .ics timetable file via the Student Portal

Allowing students to download their own timetable files from the student portal would allow them to become more independent, currently we have to do this through Timetable manager and distribute them individually - which is a very admin heavy task.

Disallow notifications home about medications dispensed based on age

Whilst the idea of emailing home when a student visits our infirmary or is given medicine is useful - we won't be using it because we can't disable messages home if the studen is older. For older pupils, we feel that the notifications could breach...

Suspend for a period

It is amazing to be able to suspend a year group who are out on a trip as it means their lessons don't need covering and staff who are teaching those lessons are freed for cover. However, it would be AMAZING if this could also be applied to parts ...

Deposits - retained rather than returned

We have occasions where we retain a deposit rather than return it but there is no way of recording this in Fee Billing. It would be good to have a tick box to say "Retained" so that it can't subsequently be returned in error and it isn't included ...

Student/Pupil Manager - enable paragraphs in Notes

Could you please enable paragraphs when adding Notes to a pupil in Student/Pupil Manager. At the moment, all sentences were combined so hard to read/understand.
