Currently the communications sent to parents via iSams appear as a long list. It would be good if there was a search function for parents so they could locate emails they've received quickly.

Due to many custom groups being created without an expiry date, there becomes a very long list to choose from which includes old custom groups that are invalid. The ability to set an expiry date or bulk delete would help keep the list concise.
The option to hide a concern that will still pull through to a report, but will no longer be used in the system against current students. At the moment the only option is to delete which then stops the report pulling the informatin through.
